Project Delivery
Project Management
We directly employ all of our Project Managers. They are on site 100% of the time ensuring the project runs smoothly and is delivered on time.
Client Support
When you work with Thornhill Shann you will work directly with either Tom or Chloe Shann and supported by Kamila Topi. Between them they ensure your vision is interpreted correctly and communicated to your on site build team.
Dedicated On-site Team
You will have one team on your project who work together as a single unit, they know how each other work and this allows you to really get to know your carpenters and labourers. By the end of the project you will know your team intimately!
Health & Safety
We take Health & Safety extremely seriously at Thornhill Shann.
Dedicated Health & Safety Officer
We have a dedicated Health & Safety Officer who make monthly site visits to all of our sites to ensure that all company protocols are being adhered to.
Weekly Tool Box Talks
Our Site Managers carry out weekly ‘tool box talks highlighting the safety guidelines to be adhered to relating to the upcoming schedule of works.

Aftercare
An important part of our business is the aftercare service we offer all of our clients, ensuring we are quick to react to any issues that can arise that require our attention.
No Job too Big or too Small
Once we have finished a job, we are always on hand to make any adjustments the client requires, from moving a light switch to shifting top soil into flower beds.
Life Long Relationships
Our relationships with our clients last a lifetime. The end of a project is certainly not the end of our relationship with our client. Often we are called upon to help with a move or to make an adjustment to the house.
