Regents Park Townhouse

We extensively renovated this exceptional house near Regents Park. Being listed, we restored the old lath and plaster and kept as may of the original features as we could. We hand built this three storey oak extension, clad in oak tongue and groove. The floors in the two LGF & Basement are polished concrete and the walls are lime plaster. We renovated the entire house, including replacing the roof and restoring the exterior brick work, including soot washing and re-rendering the face of the house. We installed a Bulthaup kitchen and restored all the windows. We cast these bespoke concrete spiral steps to take you down to the basement that we dug. We installed oak joinery throughout the house. This was an extremely complex build, which relied on detailed programming and no less than 28 specialist sub-contractors alongside our own team.
